The Netflix support people said that they thought that those premium channels were being routed through Sony servers and the rest of the channels, including YouTube were being accessed directly. To sum up, this machine worked flawlessly for about 3 weeks then lost the ability to access premium channels. I suspect that it does have something to do with Sony Servers, not actually the machine. But the result is the same no Netflix. All the Reviews I researched on the internet were right on the money. Just make sure you get a HDMI cable to make it top notch although that is true Meet the Browns any blu-ray player. I simply purchased a Monster Powernet 200 kit and everything streams flawlessly.
